Bill Glassman

Bill Glassman

President, Chief Executive Officer

Bill Glassman has served as President and CEO of EDCO Group Inc. from January 2007 to present. During this period, EDCO has transformed from one of the country’s leading backfile scanning companies to a technology-driven service provider of onsite scanning. Prior to being President and CEO, he was an investor and director of EDCO from 2001 to 2006.

From 1991 to 2000, Bill was President and CEO of Huntleigh Corporation, a national airport services provider. During this time, the company grew from 500 to 5,000 employees. The company was sold to a publicly traded NASDAQ company in 1999.

Other professional experience for Bill includes running a group of radio stations and a chain of gasoline stations.

Bill graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree and completed his MBA at the University of Chicago.

Jim Davis

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Jim Davis has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EDCO Group Inc. from May 2007 to the present. In his role, Jim is responsible for the daily operations of EDCO’s businesses.
Prior to joining EDCO, Jim was Senior Vice President of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s corrugated packaging business.

Jim served in numerous general management and division management capacities during his 28 years at Smurfit.

Jim graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and completed his MBA at Rutgers University.

Looking toward the future, Jim has a growing passion for the opportunity to bring powerful processes, software, and technology solutions to EDCO’s customers, which will allow them to concentrate on high-risk and revenue-enhancing projects.

Lynne Jones

Lynne Jones

Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer

Lynne Jones serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President for EDCO Group Inc., leading all strategic and tactical aspects of organizational compliance, human resources, and training functions in both the Health Information Solutions Division and the ABI Document Support Services Division. In this role, Lynne is accountable for compliance with all healthcare, legal, and insurance regulations, driving a platform of best practices to support a scalable, customer-centric business model, and training initiatives system-wide.

Prior to joining EDCO, Lynne was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Charter Communications, where she led more than 140 HR professionals supporting 16,500 employees across 28 states.

Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Maryville University and a Master of Arts in human resources management from Washington University.

Lynne believes her primary role is to move the needle on cultural evolution. In collaboration with EDCO leadership, she is responsible for driving a high-performance and customer-centric culture through increased levels of employee satisfaction and engagement. Lynne strongly believes the best customer experience starts with an engaged, knowledgeable, and caring employee.

David Benge

Senior Vice President, EDCO Group Inc.
President, ABI Document Support Services

David Benge serves as Senior Vice President of EDCO Group Inc. and President of ABI Document Support Services, a division of EDCO Group Inc. In this role, David is responsible for the strategic direction of the division, a revenue growth of more than 63% in recent years, and the complete satisfaction of ABI’s extensive client list.
Prior to joining EDCO in 2008, David co-owned ABI Document Support Services and began working in the records retrieval market in 1990. Leveraging more than 20 years of industry experience, David is committed to strategies that have direct and positive impact on client satisfaction and long-term client retention.

David attended New Mexico State University from 1987 to 1989 and the University of Redlands from 1989 to 1991.

Looking toward the future, David and the entire sales division looks forward to furthering ABI’s advanced technology solutions, continuing to provide a positive customer experience in every step of the process, and improving the service value proposition.

Jason Benge

Senior Vice President, EDCO Group Inc.
President, ABI Document Support Services

Jason Benge has served as President of ABI Document Support Services, a division of EDCO Group Inc., from July 2008 to the present.  Jason is responsible for the operations of ABI offices nationwide, ensuring premier delivery and customer satisfaction.  Jason leads strategic partnerships for the ABI division and was instrumental in the product development and market adoption of eSummary by ABI™.

Prior to joining EDCO in 2008, Jason co-owned ABI Document Support Services and began working in the records retrieval market in 1990.  During this time Jason consulted for many high-profile clients on large litigation cases and developed proprietary document management systems.  Leveraging more than 20 years of industry experience, Jason is committed to developing an extended product offering to meet the ever-growing needs of the marketplace and ensuring long-term client retention.

Jason attended San Jose State University in 1990 and the University of Redlands from 1992-1994, majoring in Business.

Chez Tschetter

Chez Tschetter

Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Chez Tschetter has served as Chief Information Officer of EDCO Group Inc. since April 2011. As CIO, Chez is responsible for leading the organization’s technology initiatives and the EDCO Technology Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Prior to joining EDCO, Chez co-founded an electronic payment processing company and was the Director of Technology at a regional collection agency.

Chez attended the University of North Dakota and Dakota State University, majoring in computer science, ultimately leaving college to help build the first internet service provider in South Dakota. Chez’s varied experience includes 15 years in technology management, eight years specific to the health care industry. Chez also holds six technical certifications.

Carol Messingham

Carol Messingham

Vice President, Finance

Carol Messingham served as EDCO Group Inc.’s Accounting Manager from 1999 to 2003. Carol returned in June 2005 as the  Vice President of Finance.  In this role, she leads the Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing Departments.

Prior to joining the EDCO team, Carol was a Staff Accountant at a public accounting firm and held various accounting leadership roles in other industries.   In total, she brings more than 21 years of accounting experience, more than 10 specifically in health care.

Carol graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has passed the CPA exam.

She is excited to watch EDCO’s ever-growing talented team interact with customers and provide the strongest solutions in the industry.

Marv Addink

Marv Addink

Vice President, Innovation

Marv Addink serves as EDCO Group Inc.’s Vice President of Innovation. Marv leads new product evaluation and introduction initiatives to creatively solve customer’s challenges.

Prior to joining the EDCO team, Marv was the CEO of Solcom Inc. In total, Marv has spent more than 35 years designing technological advancements for the health care industry.

Marv graduated from the University of Iowa with a double major in computer science and chemistry. He is excited to define methodologies and products that will help customers improve productivity and patient care.

Rose Devadas

Rose Devadas

Vice President, Advanced Solutions

Rose Devadas has served as a Vice President of EDCO Group Inc. in various roles, including sales support and solutions delivery since March 2009. Rose currently participates on the strategic planning team as the Vice-President of Advanced Solutions. In her role, Rose works to leverage the technological expertise of EDCO in the health care industry. Rose serves as a subject matter expert for EDCO’s electronic document management solutions and supports EDCO’s strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining the EDCO team, Rose co-founded Solcom, Inc., with other members of the EDCO leadership team, Marv Addink and Cheney Hu. Her combined experience in document management totals nearly 25 years, with the last 15 years dedicated to the health care industry.

Rose graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in math and business. Rose completed her master’s degree in information systems technology at Johns Hopkins University.

Rose anticipates continuing relationships with key channel partners in support of sharing Solarity™ technology throughout the United States and Canada.

Jim Horton

Jim Horton

Vice President, Operations

Jim Horton serves as Vice President of Operations at EDCO Group Inc. Jim joined the EDCO team in May 1998 as a Chart Retrieval Coordinator. Now, he is responsible for overseeing all site and field operations and maintaining the company’s shared services resource center.

Jim graduated from Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a minor in economics.

Looking toward the future, Jim anticipates continued growth of EDCO’s 50-year legacy of health information management as the company’s products and services evolve with the needs of customers.

Cheney Hu

Cheney Hu

Vice President, Technology

Cheney Hu has served as the Vice President of Technology since April 2009. In this role, Cheney is responsible for the design, delivery, and support of EDCO’s software releases. He also serves as a project manager for EDCO’s electronic record storage and workflow solutions.

Prior to joining the EDCO team, Cheney spent 13 years as the Chief Technology Officer and co-owner of Solcom Inc. He has more than 24 years of experience in electronic document management system (EDMS) application development, 16 of those years focused specifically on the health care industry.

Cheney graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical and computer engineering, and mathematics. He also holds a Master of Science degree in engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Looking toward the future, Cheney is interested in seeing how EDCO’s expertise complements and continues to shape other players in the industry.

Kristin Binford

Kristin Binford

Director of Marketing

Kristin Binford has served at EDCO Group Inc. since August 2010. Kristin is responsible for educational, customer-centric communication and the organization’s strategic marketing plan.

Prior to joining the EDCO Group Inc. team, Kristin served for six years as the Marketing Manager for various divisions of SRC Holdings.

Kristin graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and received her MBA from Drury University.

Andrew Fehlman

Vice President, Regional Sales
EDCO Health Information Solutions

Andrew Fehlman joined the EDCO Health Information Solutions team in June 2008. He quickly rose to be one of the top two sales professionals in the organization. As a Regional Vice President of Sales, he is focused on the expansion of EDCO into new geographies.

Andrew graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. He is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to take advantage of the technologies inherent in the EDCO products.  Andrew also holds a Service Leadership certification from Saint Louis University.

Looking to the future, Andrew is focused on helping hospitals discover better ways to manage medical records, reduce costs, increase accuracy and improve efficiencies in Health Information Management.

Travis Atchley

Travis Atchley

Vice President, Regional Sales

Travis Atchley has served EDCO Health Information Solutions since May 2009 and holds the title Vice President, Regional Sales.  During his tenure, he has assisted hospitals in the southeast United States in maximizing efficiencies within their health information management (HIM) department by transitioning to an electronic health record (EHR) environment. Travis also explains the implications of remaining paper processes on downstream business processes.

Prior to joining the EDCO team, Travis sold health care technology for Infologix and Microinnovations.  This experience, combined with his time at EDCO, gives Travis more than nine years of experience in the health care industry.

Looking towards the future, Travis would like to see all health care facilities operate in a completely electronic environment in order to provide the best in patient care.

Andy Williams

Andy Williams

Director of Field Operations
EDCO Health Information Solutions

Andy Williams has served as EDCO Health Information Solutions’ Director of Field Operations since March 2012.  Andy is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategic and tactical field services and remote site operational activities.  In this role, he establishes, implements, and maintains onsite specific methodologies and protocols in a manner consistent with EDCO’s defined practices and contractual obligations.

Prior to joining EDCO, Andy fulfilled operational management roles in the pharmaceutical industry.  In total, he brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Andy earned two bachelor of science degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, the first in Animal Science and the second in Radiologic Science.  Additionally, he has an executive master’s degree in business administration from Saint Louis University.

Looking towards the future, Andy is excited to lead and support the growth of field operations and to add value to the organization by further developing and standardizing the day forward scanning processes.
